About Me

I am a Danish violinist based in Copenhagen freelancing in Denmark and the Netherlands. In 2022 I finished my post master degree (Artist Certificate) at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague. I did my master degree at the Royal Danish Academy of Music with a year at Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, Utrecht in the Netherlands.

I play a lot of chamber music and symphony orchestra and currently I am on contract i Copenhagen Phil. Previously I have been on contracts in The Royal Danish Orchestra and Odense Symphony Orchestra and also substituted in DR Symphony Orchestra and Orkest van het Oosten (NL) and Het Gelders Orkest (NL). I have been on tours around the world with Wiener Kamerorkester and with The Danish Youth Ensemble. I am a member of Copenhagen Strings (DK) where we play in many weddings and at special occasions which I enjoy a lot.

I can play many different genres - mostly classical music but also e.g. pop music. I also love to play cross genre concerts with a mix of different art forms, music from different eras from baroque to contemporary classical music, electronics and improvisation.

I am the founder and organiser of the festival 'Kolding i Toner' together with my good friend and double bass player Mathilde Qvist. Together we arranged a three-day festival with 8 concerts in different venues of the Danish city Kolding with the goal to get classical music out to a broader audience and a part of Denmark that does not often have easy acces to high level concerts. The festival started in 2021 and was a great success, and in 2022 we received Kolding Muncipality's Cultural Prize 'Highfive of the year'. We are repeating the concept in 2025 from the 17th-19th of July so stay tuned and check out out website:
